Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 6:00 PM) may result in a fee.

Property & Cancelation Policies:

Flexible - 14 days

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 14 days of arrival. 
• If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.
• You'll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price within 14 days of arrival.

Grace Period 

• No fees charged for bookings canceled within 24 hours of Booking.

Advance Cancellation

• No fees charged for bookings canceled 12 weeks before arrival.
