The space: The Guestroom is a colorful and well-appointed ground floor bedroom (Standard Room) with a marvelous "outdoor" en- suite bathroom looking into the rice paddies. Fully Air Conditioned the room sleeps 2 persons with a King Size bed (200cm X 180cm) and Kalumbu (mosquito net, mainly for cosmetic appearance). 


Guest access: The Guestroom is separated from the owner's main residence by the swimming pool and tropical garden. For your entire stay you will have use of the shared semi-private "infinity" swimming pool, garden, and the downstairs living/sitting room/Kitchen area, of this charming main villa residence.

The large (7 x 10 meter) stunning cathedral ceiling timbered Bedroom is fully air conditioned (sleeps 2 persons), with king/king (2x2m.), and Kalumbu (mosquito net-manly for cosmetic purposes). The bedroom also has 2 extra single beds, especially useful when the room is occupied as a family room.


The stunning terrazzo "outdoor" en-suite bathroom adjoins a separate dressing room. The Bedroom is also equipped with water jug, TV and DVD player, and a safety deposit box. CANCELLATION POLICY

Flexible - 14 days

  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
  • The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 14 days of arrival. 
  • If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation
  • You'll be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price within 14 days of arrival
